‘MBSR with Karen Neil came at a time of many stresses in both my personal and professional life. I was juggling quite a few balls and a lot of them need not have been there. I was able to put a lot of things into perspective. I learnt a lot about Acceptance of myself and others too. The need to feel 'in control' has now been replaced by a calmer and more focused me. The sessions were well organised, written materials concise and daily exercises great at directing me from my old ways to new ones. As a teacher, Karen is also very good at recognising behavioural tendencies that might impede the correct application of mindfulness to daily life.
